Read Full Review who took my call immediately, provided me with an expeditious solution, and alleviated my stress!!! I received emails/texts promptly with quote/shipping info/contract, and follow up phone call to discuss any questions or concerns. Less then TWO HOURS later my car was in the hands of Tiffany at High End Transport who assured me once again that it would be shipped quickly and with the utmost care. Tiffany constantly kept me updated with pick-up, route info and estimated arrival time. I flew home to NJ on Friday and Tiffany kept in contact with updates regarding the transportation and delivery. My Mercedes was delivered late Saturday afternoon 5/7/22 in perfect condition and I couldn't have been more happy!!!!!!!! I can not give high enough praise to High End Transport for their excellent customer service and professionalism!!!!!!!!! If I could give 10 stars for service I would!!!! I would Recommend High End Transportation without any hesitation! If you don't use them for your auto transport needs, do so at your own risk. When I need to ship again in the fall back to Florida there is only one call I need to make and that is to High End Transport!!!!!! A++++++ service!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would easily give them a 10. I will use this organization again. My only complaint is that nobody picks up the phone to speak to you when you reach out. Very pleased with the end result, and I would recommend them after 15 years in the industry having pretty much seen it all.

Read Full Review and careful and my vehicle was securely fastened in the trailer. It was simple scheduling pick up and delivery online. They came recommended and I know why. If you are like me and are researching which one to go with and see some that may be cheaper, the few extra dollars are worth spending to have your vehicle transported with care and no worries!
