I was in a jam and needed my vehicle shipped from Florida to NJ ASAP on Thursday 5/5/22. That afternoon, I contacted High End Transport and spoke with Angel... Read Full Review who took my call immediately, provided me with an expeditious solution, and alleviated my stress!!! I received emails/texts promptly with quote/shipping info/contract, and follow up phone call to discuss any questions or concerns. Less then TWO HOURS later my car was in the hands of Tiffany at High End Transport who assured me once again that it would be shipped quickly and with the utmost care. Tiffany constantly kept me updated with pick-up, route info and estimated arrival time. I flew home to NJ on Friday and Tiffany kept in contact with updates regarding the transportation and delivery. My Mercedes was delivered late Saturday afternoon 5/7/22 in perfect condition and I couldn't have been more happy!!!!!!!! I can not give high enough praise to High End Transport for their excellent customer service and professionalism!!!!!!!!! If I could give 10 stars for service I would!!!!
